NBA 2K26 FIX MODS ISSUE AFTER 2K PATCH 1.4
Description
After the NBA 2K26 1.4 patch update (September 18) causes all mods to appear transparent.
After testing, the Patch 1.0 (August 30 release) avoids this problem and also fixes the left shoe layer corruption seen in the 1.3 Patch (September 11).
By replacing the old 2k files with the current original files with and play it offline, you can play the game with mods
This is the current workaround until 2K resolves the issue. Once fixed, remove this version to prevent confusion for future players.

How to install:
- Extract the rar file. Copy the files & folder into the main directory of you NBA 2K26:
- Run in offline mode
- steam\steamapps\common\NBA 2K26
