2K17 PLUGIN TOOLS [FOR 2K17]

This tool is needed for modding 2K17. In order to put some updated Cyberface, Scoreboard, Rosters, and Courts, you will need this :) Instructions below, Thanks to our chinese friends.

1. Download NBA 2K17 TOOL

2. Extract rar file

3. Copy the 2 dll files and waigua folder from NBA 2K17 TOOL 

4. Paste the 2 dll files and waigua folder in Nba 2k17 main directory folder, located in program files.

5. Paste your newly downloaded mods, updated cyberface, scoreboard and etc for 2k17 in "waigua" folder 

Note: For jerseys and cloth files. Paste it in clothing folder inside waigua
